Pre-Cut Wool Warp String – 100% Local Wool - 2-Ply - Tightly Spun

Our warp string is made from 100% locally sourced wool, spun in-house for the ideal balance of strength, durability, and flexibility. It is a 2-ply yarn, tightly spun to handle the tension of rug weaving without fraying or stretching. At approximately 9 WPI and 120 yards per 3.5 oz, it pairs perfectly with our core-spun rug yarn and peg looms.

• Pre-Cut Skein (for one standard rug):
  Includes 24 pre-cut lengths, each approximately 2.25 yards long, neatly twisted into a skein for tangle-free warping. This is the easiest way to get started weaving a standard 2' x 2' rug on our 13.5" peg loom.
